Lost & Found

To inquire about a lost item, call Metrolink Customer Service at: (800) 371-5465 (LINK)

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday – Sunday: 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

To pick up a Lost and Found item, go to our Information Window at Union Station. The Lost and Found is open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, call our 800 number to request an appointment.

Please be aware that Metrolink is not responsible for items left on trains or platforms.
